Description

Valued KORE customer - Beginning April 2nd, 2024, to April 4th, 2024, there will be a planned partial outage to upgrade APIs for our X integration. KORE teams are taking steps to prepare for any unannounced changes from X for support of certain versions of X's API. During the planned outage window, X Metrics will not be available for new posts, but X Posts will continue to be ingested. At the end of the outage window on April 4th, 2024, KORE will conduct backfill for affected X posts which we anticipate to be completed by April 9th, 2024.
